Raptor drawing, I started with pencils then laid in the colors, I would like to do a whole Dino series like this if I have any time. I still love the book Jurassic Park, more than the movie.

I’m working with the eagle illo and still working with the colors. I might try a completely different color palette in the next iteration. I added some texture by dropping in some paper. I’m painting the bottom to do a better fade into the leaves.

I’m finally putting up the illustrations I did for the LeBron James website. They were originally going to be vectors but I decided pen and ink to give the lines some textures. It ended up becoming a good mix of both in the end. Of course all these were done before “The Decision” back when I was optimistic about his future with the Cavs. Still a Cavs fan and next year looks promising. To be a sports fan in this area – “Hope springs Eternal.”

I referenced some photos of actual dog luchador costumes (yes, there are many – very cool ) and also the old Luchador posters from matches back in the sixties. I added colors tonight, may work a little more.
