  1. Hi,

I’m mehmet. I live in Turkey. I saw your works at this site (http://www.bildirgec.org/yazi/arac-tool-simge-paketi) and i love them!

I was looking for an icon set like your “tool icons”.

I’m trying to use them on my phone (SE P1i) but i couldnt make it. It needs .mbm file format or something else :(

Can you please make icon set like that for cellular phones? I will be REALLY REALLY glad to you =) Because there is too less icon sets for uiq3 phones..

    Thank you very much!

    Have a nice day =)

  2. Hi Dave,

Just wanted to say you got some awesome work.
Really enjoyed watching your sketches. Keep up the great work man, can’t wait for more.

  3. Hello Mr Dave Mott!
I just wanted to let you know that I adore your work and have written and exposed some of your art on my blog! : )

  4. hey.. im an art student and im really liking your work…. i would like to know more about you, like how you got started and who inspired you….and the meanings behind some of them :)

    1. Hi Jade, I started when I was young, like most kids. Started by wanting to draw comic books and cartoons when I was a kid. I wanted to be an artist so bad when I was a kid, I would draw ALL the time, I mean obsessively. I really started out as a designer, but I always wanted to be an illustrator.

I draw animals because they’re honest. It’s possible to give traits to animals because they are so honest and they are kind of like blank canvases. I’m inspired by artists like Jon Klassen, Peter De Seve, Bill Mayer, Salvador Dali, and so many more. I hope this answered your question, thanks for visiting the blog and thanks for asking.

  5. Hi, I’m Reham, and i just want to say that I love your illustrations and think they are amazing. I am an art student and we have a project that includes imitating an art piece from your favourite artist and writing a biography about them and I decided to chose you as my favourite artist. The problem is that I can’t find much information about you to wirt in my biography and I was wondering if you could help me out?

    1. Hi Reham, I added a section to the right side of the blog for Interviews I’ve done, that should have a lot of the information you may need. Thank you for choosing me!

  6. Hey mate, big fan. What software and hardware do you use? Are you on a wacom Tablet? If so which one and why? I ask, as my wife is an illustrator and I’m looking to buy her a present. Any help would be appreciated.
    Cheers

  7. Hi!!
I was just curious, since your works are so unique and interesting, has anyone ever asked permission to get them as tattoos before? They’re all so uniquely lovely!

  9. Your illustrations are definitely quirky and comical in design. The detail and precision show a professional quality and as an aspiring comic book illustrator, I find your work to be an inspiration, even though I’ve only recently found you. I will enjoy reading your posts from my subscriptions.

  13. Hey’a! I found you’re art through WordPress, and thought it was worth a shot. Man, oh man, was I surprised. I love your artwork. You truly know how to use your skill well. As an aspiring artist myself I love to snoop around and stare at pictures for hours on end so I hope you don’t mind. So if you see me leaving comments and likes randomly around you’ll know kind of why…
So just thought I’d warn you.
