Alice in Wonderland. I’ve had this Disney’s Alice in Wonderland book illustrated by Mary Blair since I was a kid. It’s still one of my favorite books, despite being beat up over the years.

Daily Sketch, I bought The Art of Pixar this weekend. Amazing book, and it really made me appreciate the movies even more. So that’s why this sketch was Pixar themed.

I’m using Procreate on the iPad, just experimenting with the brushes and textures. So far I really like the app, it does a great job with the wet brush.

A tale by Bilbo Baggins. I’m reading The Hobbit again after I read it so many years ago. So There and Back Again is appropriate for the time that’s gone by and re-reading a classic story. I have also seen the trailer for The Hobbit which already looks pretty amazing. This illustration was inspired by what I’ve seen of Russian versions of The Hobbit.
