Mario – 2nd try

So, I wanted to get more involved with rendering/coloring the portrait, so I did another sketch.

Whatsa Madda You

This is a sketch of Mario & Luigi, I guess I see them so often they’re burned in my mind. I remember how Mario looked the first time I played Donkey Kong. His transformation has run parallel to video game technology. From big cabinets to a small box you can take home, the change has been dramatic. I can’t believe how much it’s changed in such a short time period. I think having game parties at your house has replaced going to the arcade. Yeah, I know, what’s an arcade?
